Is there a sin that God won't forgive?

I’ve always heard that the only sin that can’t be forgiven is blasphemy. What if one commits this sin, but later is truly sorry and realized the error of his/her ways and wants to go to confession and receive sacramental absolution? Can that sin be forgiven?
 
Blasphemy is not an unforgivable sin. The only unforgivable sin is a sin that is not repented. Any sin for which we repent and seek forgiveness is forgivable up until the moment of death.
