Is there a traditional Mass either new or old rite near or in Encinitas, CA?

A German friend is visiting Encinitas, CA. My friend, Sigrid, attends a Fraternity of St. Peter Mass in a church built in the 16th century in Neckarsulm, Germany. I told her I’d help her find a good parish near her niece’s (who is a fallen-away Catholic). Sigrid will stay in CA until the end of November.

I’d need the name and street address of the parish.

Thanks.

In the “Little Italy” section of San Diego, there’s Our Lady of the Rosary.
