Is there a way to confess without going to confession?

I am not able to go to confession because I am Jewish and my parents won’t let me. I’ve had an issue that has been making me feel very guilty and I just need to confess and get it off of my chest. I’ve prayed so many times for forgiveness, but I still feel guilty.
