Is there an appropriate prayer in honor of deceased grandmothers?

My niece has asked me to say a prayer in honor of my deceased mother, her grandmother & her husbands grandmother at her sons baptism dinner. Is there a catholic prayer that is appropraite for this occasion? This is the first major event for our family that my mother will not be present for. She passed away Oct. 2006
 
Hi,

It would be appropriate to say an ‘Our Father’ and ‘Hail Mary’ for the repose of her soul. Too often the deceased are spoken of as if they have been canonized–when many of them need our prayers.

At this point it is more appropriate to pray for her rather than in honor of her.
