Is there evidence of Mary's perpetual virginity and assumption?

I can’t find biblically that Mary was Ever Virgin".
In fact Jesus had brothers and sisters. What makes us Catholics say she was ever virgin?
Is there any biblical evidence of Mary being Assumed into heaven?
