Is there more than one Little Office of Our Lady?

Hello Everyone!

I finished my consecration to Jesus through Mary on the 8th and my priest also enrolled my group in the brown scapular on that date.

He told me that it was okay if I wanted to do the daily rosary instead of the little office but after some thinking, I decided that I would like to look into possibly saying some of the Little Office as well.

I was looking for an app for it (similar to theiBreviary app) and have found a few with different but similar names like the Little Office of the Immaculate Conception.

My question is, is there more than one Little Office of Our Lady or are these different names for the same thing?

I also finished my consecration on the 8th. I was already enrolled in the Scapular at a shrine last summer. I generally try to do daily Rosary but I am considering doing the Little Office of the BVM starting on Jan 1.

There are different versions of Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary, aka Little Office of Our Lady. The Carmelites have a good list here:

However, I think the Little Office of the Immaculate Conception is a different prayer. It dates to the 1600s, whereas the Little Office of Our Lady goes back to the 8th century.

I’m sure Mary would be equally happy with your saying either one, though.

Thanks! I knew someone else had probably already done this kind of research on here. I think I’ll get a copy of the Baronius Press one and give it a shot.
