Anyone who is validly ordained will always be an ordained person in the same way that a validly baptized person will always be a baptized person. And in the same way, rejecting the Church places the person outside the Church even if they are ordained or baptized. To be a Catholic is to accept Vatican II as a valid ecumenical council. Someone can prefer Latin to the vernacular however they must still recognize that the vernacular authorized by the Council is valid.
If a person or group rejects the validity of the Second Vatican Council they place themselves outside of the Catholic Church.
Individual parishes are free to use the extraordinary form of the Mass (i.e. the Latin Mass) and there is a valid group that exclusively uses all rites from prior to Vatican II (the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter) but they all accept the Second Vatican Council.
