Is there transubstantiation in the Episcopal Church?

What is the Church’s official stance on protestant denominations who claim the Real Presence? I was told today that Episcopalians believe in transubstantiation. Would the Catholic church accept this as real? Or is transubstantiation only considered possible if it is a Catholic priest?
 
Hi,

Anglicans lost valid orders (ordinations) early on during the reign of Edward VI when they dropped the belief in the sacrificial nature of the Mass. The Catholic Church still does not recognize Anglican orders regardless of what some Anglicans may believe. However, those Anglicans and whole Anglican parishes that have joined the Catholic Church DO have valid orders.
