Is there value to online adoration?

There is a debate in another thread about the value of online eucharistic adoration. I would appreciate any guidance in this area.

We might compare it to a televised Mass. It is not the same thing as actual eucharistic adoration, but it may be helpful for shut-ins and for those who do not have access to eucharistic adoration in their area.
