Is this a legitimate RCC group or is it a "rebel" group?

Can you please tell me if this is a “real” RCC group or is it a break off “rebel” type group that does not stay in line with the teachings of the church?

Dear H,

While Catholics do have rights within the Church, you can be sure that ANY group in the Catholic Church that is so preoccupied with its own rights is in protest against Church authority. Such groups are made up of people who are still living in the sixties and seventies. You won’t find many young people among them because the young are attracted to the challenges of what God expects of us—not to the watering down of those challenges.

This is why only the traditional religious communities are attracting vocations while the rest are circling the drain.
