Is this a sin? (Wet Dreams) Warning, may have sexual reference

Today, I woke up with a wet dream. While I was half awake, I had sinful thoughts on purpose. But I didn’t think of anything else, and I was still a little unconscious and there were no thoughts about God while I thought of that (I didn’t know it was a sin at the moment). I realized after I completely woke up that this could be potentially sinful. Any thoughts?

P.s. I don’t know why this is flagged, but I deeply apologize if anybody was offended

You have posted similar questions about confession. My thoughts are, ask a priest if you have concerns, not people on the Internet.

I don’t have a lot of chances to meet up with the priest, and it is also a little awkward. I’m not using the people’s responses seriously, just for reference
