P&G ACTIVELY RECRUITS THOSE WHO PRACTICE HOMOSEXUAL BEHAVIOR TO BECOME EMPLOYEES

Procter & Gamble actively seeks out individuals who practice the abnormal and destructive homosexual lifestyle to come to work for the company. It is the only group P&G seeks to employ based on their behavior. P&G recruits from this group because they practice the homosexual lifestyle.

I had to go to the captive audience Diversity class. The movie on homosexuals was very offensive to Christians. **It showed a man in a collar (Catholic priest?) saying 'there is nothing in the Bible which says that homosexuality is wrong.'"**
Why would P&G actively recruit those who engage in homosexual sex and force employees to attend a class that presents those who oppose the homosexual lifestyle in a negative light? Because P&G is committed to promoting the homosexual agenda.
 
I think I’ll start discriminating against P&G products. Does anyone have a complete list of their products?

Yes, that is most definitely discrimination. However, it would also be discrimination to NOT employ a certain group of people based on their behaviour, for instance, not to employ a certain group of people solely based on the fact that they are gay. I think that a company’s decision on who to hire should not be affected, as far as this is possible, by gender, race, behaviour, or anything else.

I always thought he looked like Yul Brenner… (“so it shall be written, so it shall be done”). I don’t know if Yul was strait or not, but he was a good dancer.

So P&G wants to hire qualified people. Big deal. If gay folks think P&G is a good company to work for because they offer domestic partner benefits and “diversity training”, good for them. I wouldn’t extend that so far as to say that P&G “promotes the homosexual agenda”. I think they just have trouble finding good employees like everyone else. The reality is that in the creative arts (advertising, publishing, etc.), many good employment candidates happen to be gay. If you were seeking good employees in those areas why wouldn’t you try to market where there might be pools of qualified candidates?

Whatever you might think about homosexuals, they have a right to work like everyone else.

If the assertion is that P&G is recruiting employees solely because they are gay, I think that is quite a stretch. Obviously P&G is an employer that acknowledges the presence of gays in their workforce and extends benefits regardless of sexual orientation. I am not saying that I agree with that position on moral grounds, but P&G would not be alone in that position.

My point is just that the appearance of P&G on a gay-oriented job recruitment web site does not necessarily mean that P&G is recruiting gays specifically because of their sexual orientation. That is what seems to be asserted in this thread.

As to whether it is discrimination or not, unless someone’s homosexuality is used as a selection criteria, I wouldn’t say that it was discriminatory against straights. Actually I would think that the opposite discrimination is much more common, and not formally acknowledged by employers.

Unless someone is being hired to have sex in the workplace, I would think that their sexual orientation should be irrelevent as a selection criteria, as the law now provides.
 
Has anyone bothered to determine if there is any truth in this matter, as opposed to another urban legend?
 
Are we sure about this info on Proctor & Gamble? Several years ago info was passed around that Proctor & Gamble gave to the “church” of Satan and there was a Santanic Proctor & Gamble symbol on its products. This turned out to be false info. Where is this info coming from, is it a credible source?
 
I am not sure how it is wrong for a company to recruit employees. That site was affiliated with Monster.com which is huge recruiting company. Plus they are seen as a diverse company that is Gay friendly, which is allot of companies. My own company is ranked in the top 50 best place for LGT to work at. We have LGT charter groups, and also have every other form of diversity sponsored group including my weekly bible study.

if a company uses monster.com or a number of other huge recruiting web services, their ads will go on all kinds of affiliated websites. This does not indicate the support the aims or agenda of the organization that governs the website. There is all kinds of other advertising that is broadcast through such outlets that ends up in all kinds of places. Just seeing an ad on a website does not indicate the organization supports the advertiser.

As for material supposedly supplied by a P&G employee, I would have to see originals and be convinced of their provenance before making a judgement. does “CBS” ring a bell?
 
Our company has a policy of posting job openings in places that reach out to the disabled, minorities, etc. Applicants are not hired BECAUSE they are disabled or a minority, the company wants to find the best qualified from all walks of life.
