Is this forgotten sin forgiven?

A sin I committed out of jealously over forty years ago today sufaced in my mind. Ok, I never intentionally held it back in confession,I forgot over time. Where I worked a person was like a bully and I pushed a button that caused him to lose the tip of a finger, when asked I denied I did it. Now I wish i never had did it but I did,Is it forgiven of me ,covered in confession when the Priest says all your sins are forgiven . I believe it is but I was thinking about it. I don’t even know if the person is still alive today.
