Is it lying if someone asked you something but you were nervous so you said yes/no but did/didn’t anyhow ? Even though they won’t care whether you do or dont ?
 
Then be sure to consider that. One does need to learn to consider their words before you say them, that is just part of maturing.
 
Yes. It could be venial, but I would still confess it to your priest.
