Well, you know what you intended to say.O M effing G

Ok thanks.Crude isn’t necessarily sinful.
Crudeness as a verbal blowing-off-of-steam probably isn’t sinful unless accompanied by carelessness with respect to the sensibilities of others.
Crudeness with the intent to offend is sinful.
Blasphemy in such a context is actually quite tricky. To satisfy the conditions of mortal sin, it needs to be actually grave matter, you need to know the gravity of an offence and you have to consent to doing the act. In the case of language where words and phrases that might be considered as blasphemous are used as ‘punctuation’ without a moment’s thought, then it might be quite difficult to catch yourself in time and thereby fulfil the conditions of mortal sin.
In respect of your phrase, well anyone with a basic grasp of colloquial English knows what the actual meaning is. I certainly wouldn’t say it because I don’t think I could bring myself to. I would certainly consider it offensive to anyone who happened to be religious who was within earshot. I would also consider it deeply unwise to use the phrase in front of others who may not necessarily be offended but will learn its acceptability and then go on to offend others. It seems to me to be a very ‘considered’ way of swearing too… such that there’s a lot of deliberation involved in rudimentary obfuscation of the words and the name of God.
Is it sinful? As above, depends on the context. But I’d certainly avoid using the phrase like I’d avoid the plague.
