Is this Yoga?

My wife and I have back problems and I saw an infomercial about a product called Back Bridge which supposedly helps correct back problems. After looking online at similar items, I saw that some of these other items were for yoga exercising. This got me concerned as we have learned that yoga should not be practiced. Can you let me know if the Back Bridge is yoga? We won’t order it if it is. Here is their website: backbridge.com
