God sends no one to hell. Hell is a natural consequence of rejecting God and his love for us. If you walk away from God, then you walk away from the love He has for you. Hell is the absence of that love.
As others have said, ham, this is correct and it is the orthodox Catholic teaching. Now stop trying to ‘tu quoque’ your way out of explaining the violence in Islam, and give us some real answers already…

Hi
Even if all four agree they cannot form an alternative of Muhammad/Islam/Quran , and more so if they are misunderstood. For understanding the true concept of peaceful Jehad, if you have time to make research, kindly access:

“As far as Islam is concerned, it categorically rejects and condemns every form of terrorism. It does not provide any cover or justification for any act of violence, be it committed by an individual, a group or a government… I most strongly condemn all acts and forms of terrorism because it is my deeply rooted belief that not only Islam but also no true religion, whatever its name, can sanction violence and bloodshed of innocent men, women and children in the name of God.”

**Terrorism Jihad **
It is unfortunate that Islam, the religion of peace, hope, harmony, goodwill and brotherhood had been badly tarnished by the perpetrators of various terrorists acts and barbarism as seen on September 11, 2001.
This article is written to set forth the teachings of Islam so that manifestations of various terrorist acts are fully exposed in the light of Islamic teachings under whose shelter these activities are being committed.

The West, as I understand, due to certain disinformation has seen only MullahIslam or MullahShariah; the true face of Muhammad’sIslam and PromisedMessiahImamMahdi’sIslam is yet hidden from their eyes, which is truly speaking only peaceful.
I for one appreciate your time and effort in explaining the peaceful side of Islam.

But as an outsider, I wonder who’s interpretation of Islam is correct, yours or the latest suicide bomber. On who’s authority do you speak?

I sincerely hope your interpretation is correct. I know I like it much better than the other.

Hi
Your appreciation encourages me. I have made a little research and read books written by the PromisedMessiahImamMahdi, I was convinced by his rational, reasonable and logical arguments. I am sure anybody who makes research for the truth will also be convinced. The authority is of GodAllahYHWH revealed on the PromisedMessiahImamMahdi (and earlier on Muhammad, Jesus,Moses, and Abraham etc, etc, etc…).
The books are available online :alislam.org/
If you find some time you may start with :alislam.org/library/books/jesus-in-india/index.html
It is a small book and very interesting. There is no compulsion.
Thanks

Hi
Never mind, no compulsion. Yet, it may be a parallell study, try doing cross study, to know where you make mistake.
Thanks

The Ahmadi are a very small group of Muslims who believe that antoher prophet came after Muhammad. They are not considered Muslims by mainstream Muslims… this is too bad. They are persecuted and as much or more at risk from radial Islam as the rest of the non-Muslim world is.

Perhaps paarsurrey, it is you who should do a cross study to see where you make mistake. The things you have apparently been taught about Christianity and Catholisim are wrong. So you would need to do this study with a non-Muslim, a Catholic who was educated in theology and history. 👍

Hi
I tried that but it failed miserably.
Writing here and discussing things with my Catholic friends is a part of my cross study, may be it also benefits you at the same time.
May GodAllahYHWH bless you!
Thanks

The Qur’an and Hadith have literally hundreds of references to way, chopping up people, cutting of heads, not being friends with anyone who is not a Muslim and on and on. All fours schools of Shari’ah support the use of violent jihad to spread Islam… Not just for self defense. There is at least one verse in the Qur’an where Muhammad says that he was victorious through terror. What the scriptures do support is violence/war in the name of Islam. Terror is only a tactic of war.

The 1.1 billion people who follow the form of Islam that you do not follow disagree with you that they are wrong. They are a huge force with a significant percentage of their population either actually committing acts of terror daily world wide or supporting these acts. It is they you need to convince that Islam it non-violent before you even try to convince the non-Muslim world of this. You my dear paarsurrey are more at risk from the violent nutcases then we non-Muslims in the west are.

We can argue all day long what the ‘true’ Islam is … that of the 1.1 billion people or your Islam. Since I believe in freedom of religion (no compulsion in religion) and since I will never convert to Islam, I really don’t care which is the true Islam. What I care about is the violence that is occurring all over the world today carried out by Muslims against non-Muslims and the Qur’an & Hadith support they use to justify it and to spread violent jihad.

Do you know that Al Qaeda is in South America and Mexico recruiting and training the Hispanics there to raise an army to attack the USA and eventually their own governments? It does not matter to the safety of those who threatened by the radical Muslims if you think that Islam is non-violent, what matters is that a significant number of main stream Muslims believe it does justify the violence in the name of conquering the world for Islam.

If your sect of Islam is as reasonable as you say it is, then the people of the world who are not out for violence need to support you in every way we can. The world need to nurture those who do not seek to harm others.

Hi
If you are not convinced, you need not convert; that in way harms me. If you are convinced with the RealIslam, then you are wellcome.
Thanks for you nice words, that i have emboldened in your above quote.

I may disagree with you that your brand of Islam is the truth path to God. And I disagree with much of what you say about Christianity. But in a civilized world people can agree to disagree on some topics and still get along well. After all we both agree that there is something very wrong with violence of the radicals of mainstream Islam. 👍

Hi
I agree with you that violence/terror has got nothing to do with the truthful RealReligion.
Thanks

Do not worry, paarsurrey, you’re doing great. To am extent, we all do bear the burdens of all that has gone before us, and with that burden, can we not bear more? You know it as a Muslim, m,any of those here know it as Catholics and Christians, and I know it too, even though I am a heathen by your beliefs by the Abrahamic code, including faith.

Both your religions.agree about so many things – they seem so slight to me, those differences. Ah, what is all the fighting over I wonder, if it is not about real estate and resource? Ideology? Why, if peace is desired…maybe not by our governments, but as individuals, we are still free in our consciences.

You are a good example, as are so many on this board, in the best lineage of inquiry, Catholic, Muslim, merely mortal, and so many ways. May that become tradition!

Hi
With free conscience we must search for truth, as it is our common treasure/heritage, and readily to accept it wherever it comes from and whenever it comes to, unbiased.
Thanks

Let me ask another question if I may? Can Muslims who believe in violence change and become peaceful? I think so. Anything is possible. Its a matter of whether they want to or not.
