Is World of Warcraft Legion too Dark?

Hey, I was wondering from other WoW players if ya’ll think Legion is too dark. I’ve been playing since Mist of Pandaria and I’ve noticed it’s been getting darker with each expansion. Is there any hope that Battle for Azeroth with be a little lighter?
