I’ve read on iseveral islamic places - **please don’t ask me to find them and cite the source, because I don’t remember - ** ~ that many Americans converted to islam right after 9/11I wasn’t so much concerned with the numbers as the perception that the date itself serves as some sort of important marker for the author. Did the business of making muslim converts get suddenly better (or more difficult?) after 9/11? It means something to somebody, or they wouldn’t have included it in the text. It just seems odd to me.
I also did not believe this as well.
I’ve always considered islam as an ideology with a “Napoleon complex”
