freedom of expression shouldn’t be granted to any group…the USA shouldn’t make the same mistake that the UK has done in accepting these type of groups…nothing good comes out of them

The problem with that is that in the US we have always prized freedom of speech.

So in denying any people the freedoms guranteed by our constitution we no longer deserve nor can practice those freedoms ourselves.
Yes. The US needs topay special attention to the mistakes the EU makes in regards to these people and their desire to restore the Caliphate.
But these people will use our own laws to further their cause so that they can later destroy our constitutional rights.

then this freedom is self-destructive…just like how the Nazis in Germany rose to power by the freedom given to them…

if most of the Islamic countries ban this group,why doesn’t the US government do the same?

IIRC, the UK also has tougher hate crime laws. One Muslim imam who began to attack Jews and say horrible things about them was arrested and found guilty of hate speech.

Sometimes I wish we had laws that tough, but sadly they would most likely be abused by one side over the other.
 
It ocurred to me that the discussion in this thread mirrors another, though not literally.

The question of how much freedom to grant, when we know the enemy will use that freedom to undermine the freedom granted and attempt to turn it against the guarantor is reminiscent of the problem of evil.

Rephrase the question: Why does God allow evil when He knew it would lead to the destruction and suffering of souls??? . . .as:

Why would we allow terrorists to spew forth their venom when we know beforehand they will use it to destroy freedom?

God allows evil to bring forth a greater good is to: “The 1st amendment allows the abuse of free speech guarantees in order to bring forth a greater good.”

Depends on how much we trust in freedom, doesn’t it? And it depends on what greater good we think it will achieve.

Just a thought . . .
 
Nazi Germany did not experience the liberty we have. It is not comparable.
I posted this because I am concerned about these people and their agenda. But if they are American citizens then have have the inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Wherever that may be.
Islamic countries apparently would deny their people this same freedom? I am asking because appears so.

A tiered hierarchy? Ummah, Dhimmi and infidels
We must continue to fight for our freedoms even while those who would take it from us meet together under those same liberties.

This is not a freedom of speech or freedom of expression. These groups are advocating a Muslim government over the west They want to install a new caliphate over us all. This means that they are advocating an overthrow of the U.S. Government and the governments of Europe. These groups all meet the requirements for being arrested on charges of sedition. Arrest them. Remove citizenship from any who are citizens. Make them all officially Persona Non Grata in the United States and it’s territories and protectorates. Transfer them to the Netherlands under armed guard. Shoot any who try to escape. Convene the world court, try them for:
  1. Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of crimes against peace.
  2. Planning, initiating and waging wars of aggression and other crimes against peace.
Convict them. If any have previous records for violence against the peace, hang them.
Jail the rest for 100 years.

End of problem.

Civilized nations have a right and responsibility to protect their citizens from this sort of evil.
