Isn't repeating the same prayer, blasphemy?

Other religions talk negatively about the Catholic faith and have used repeated prayer as a point of departure from the Bible. Gelation’s specifically. What is the churches position on Gelation’s?
 
Dear friend,

In Luke 18:13 Jesus speaks of the publican who bragged about what an upstanding person he was, while the sinner just kept repeating, “Lord, have mercy on me, a sinner.” Jesus said that only the sinner went home justified. Obviously, Jesus doesn’t have a problem with repeated prayer. Who cares what other religions say about it!
