It takes years to become a Priest and $25.00 to be a Minister

I went on line last night and found out why there are so many churches in this country and so many Millionares,because you can be a minister for $25.00 and they will Ordain you on line and some it cost 100.00 or up to $175.00 for the whole kitten caboutle! No wonder their are so many churches out there I’m glad i came home. And they are claiming to have churches in their homes to avoid TAXES.Anyone can do this after all we are all preachers of the faith:mad: No wonder this country is going down there are to many WOLVES IN SHEEP’S CLOTHING! I have alot of studying to do but i’m glad i’m back to the church that has intellegence and schooling and earned their way to teach and studied to show themselves approved. In the Presbyterian Church in Canada a minister must first have an undergraduate degree. They then take a three year Masters of Divinity degree at one of its three theological college, each of which is part of a major Canadian university. There is also a one year internship as part of the process. In order to be ordained they must get approval from the Kirk Session of the congregation they belong to as well as the Presbytery. It is not an easy or cheap process.

:)That’s what i want to hear that it just isnt a thing that can be bought and sold to just anyone like i saw on line.I coppied it all and i will show it to alot of people i know are non denominational among others. With these deplomas you are allowed to do Weddings,Baptisms,Funerals, and council,etc. I just enrolled into a colledge this week to get my Bachlors in Psychology and Bible study’s.So I can council for the church Catholic I already asked the Father at Notra Dame. I wonder, during the time of the largest growth in Christianity and the Church how many of the apostles and early church fathers had masters degrees in psychology and divinity. It seems there should be a way for a man to learn what is needed for the priesthood without having to leverage himself up to his eyeballs in student loans and debt.

Lets put it another way a paster of a church can Ordain anyone he chooses to.If you were more trained and i showed up and knew him for 20yrs he could pick me even if i’m a dummy,because i have been with his church for a longer time What is realy bad is they are making money and becoming a millionare and live for free they even get to buy clothes almost free I dint know where people got the idea that there were not schools back then? there were Colledges and all kinds of education even children could speak their own language and read the torah.people were thinkers and built the best buildings because they were masons(Solomon temple)Remember Luke was a doctor,there were astrologists,tent makers,very large ships built before Christ O yes there was alot of intelligent people who knew how to write and play musical instruments Moses could write,all of them could now there proberly were some underpriveledged people who just couldnt get all the things could have used,or they made some bad choicesor they just worked all the time and were farmers and let the priest talk and respected what he was told not because they were afraid but because they did trust these people as leaders of the house of God.
