I liked it, especially when she changed the lyrics to “Born to Pray”.

I also like seeing a crucifix on a modestly dressed sister singing more than I liked seeing it on Madonna.

By the way, I thought when you posted this the first time, OP, you simply posted the video without adding the commentary about “homosexual agenda” etc. That is why I hit “like” on your post originally, because all I saw was the video. I am not concerned about the fact that a sister sang a Lady Gaga song on a TV show. “Born This Way” could be about being born with red hair or an overbite.

At this point, it seems like LifeSiteNews and Church Militant have yet to catch on to the fact that Sister Cristina performed “Born This Way” on The World’s Best. The news reporting of Church Militant in particular has been considered to be sensationalistic.

I didn’t see any gay advocacy in Sister Cristina’s performance, nor did I see anything else untoward.
Taken in context and with the lyrics she sang, it sounds like she is singing that she’s born to be a sister and to pray.
It’s a nice message.
Why are you so eager to sensationalize it and foment division and anger?
 
Wow! She was good! I loved it. It’s good to see Christ’s light shining in the secular world like this. Mother Superior was really enjoying it too. I like how she changed some of the lyrics. “I’m beautiful in my way, because God makes no mistakes.” … for example. She made a few other changes here and there. Ipsum bonum!
 
I’m not a fan of pop songs but I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. Or rather it isn’t one at all.

I’m more concerned over how people might talk about her and this competition does seem to be out of her league and it does seem unfair if she gets through only because she is a nun.
 
What do you mean, “out of her league”? She has an amazing voice. Did you watch the video?

I understand she already won The Voice competition in Italy in 2014, so this isn’t her first rodeo.

Her Wiki page has all the stuff she’s already sang. She also won a record deal and released records.

And the man seems to be RuPaul.

I guess it’s not an Italian program. She was on the Italian version of the voice.

I thought Mother superior clapping along was cute.
 
I can’t tell if that’s Drew or not. Kinda looks like her, but not sure. Yes, that is definitely RuPaul.
