Hi! So I just wanted to share all the miracles and blessings God has done for me and my family. There are so many so I thought I can do it as a series xD I hope by sharing this I can show everyone how good God is, and perhaps encourage others to trust in Him.
This is the miracle that has given me the greatest joy. There have been other and far more spectacular miracles, but this one changed my life.
While I was doing my undergraduate, I used to be lazy and had no real ambition. I was only mildly interested in the course. I wanted to be a doctor and couldn’t get into medical school (part Laziness part anxiety disorder). I used to submit all my reports late and got into a lot of trouble with my professors.
The thing is, I never really knew what was going on. I didn’t why I was going late. I didn’t why I couldn’t score much even if I studied. Everyone hated me in college and this brought my self esteem even lower.
In my final year, God revealed to be just how ungrateful and lazy I was. I felt really bad and asked God to help me. I had scored so low and my future really didn’t look bright.
Anyway, God did help me! I went for a retreat and there a priest (who had the gift of prophecy) told me that I will succeed in all I do. This was the sweetest consolation I could get from God, because I really suffered not being able to study due to anxiety. God showed me what my problem was (I didn’t realize I had an anxiety disorder back then and needed serious discipline and time management training). I tried really hard not to waste time ever again. I didn’t stay to gossip with my friends when we had free time. I tried my bit to study.
I somehow managed to get into Master’s. I wasn’t sure if it were something I liked. I was too mentally ill to be bothered. But then after I joined the course, I felt like God led me there. I loved the course. I worked hard and guess what! I scored really really high. My good behaviour made my new professors love me and I got the second place in class- partly because I was disciplined and well-behaved.
And now my future looks brighter than ever! Thank you Jesus.
Well I hope I have explained what happened as best as I could. I’m still not as disciplined as I could be but I’m glad I’m much better, thanks to Him.
