I recently moved to a new state. Area is predominantly Baptist and I do not feel like I am accepted. (Northerner in the South???) I am getting depressed.
I pray for strength and guidance to make my new home a happy, enjoyable one.

I pray for you to persevere in this. Maybe you can bring some Baptists to the One True Faith 🙂

Have you found the local parish yet? Maybe you can meet some good Catholic people around. I’m in Alabama, so, I understand.

It can be hard for a “Yankee” to aclimate to the South, but you’re in a beautiful place! Find a home parish and things will seem more homey!
