Updates:

J is currently still not well and weak although he is at home.

He has been a been distant as he is an ocean away from me and only has typing or phone calls both of which take a lot out of him.

He had wanted to call but has not been proactive about setting a time; I am hoping to do so.

Unfortunately, although a priest has actively reached out to him, J has not yet returned the call to make an appointment. He tends to procrastinate taking action anyway, and given his current state, I am sure everything seems like a great effort to him.

As they say, you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink…I have done everything I can to connect him with a priest, now we must pray that God guides him to take that last step and meet the good Father.
