How would you answer these questions?

Why does James refer to “bitter jealousy and selfish ambition” (3:14) as “wisdom” (3:15)?

What kinds of behavior would illustrate the two types of wisdom that James speaks of in 3:13-17?

What does James mean by “the world” (4:4)? Consider the range of meaning in his previous uses of the word (1:27; 2:5; 3:6).

Why is it impossible to be friendly with both God and the world (4:4)?

How does Jame’s remaks in 4:11-16 relate to what he wrote in 3:13-4:10?

yep, James refers to pretty concrete earthly things, one must admit 👍
