After Jesus’ resurrection, he spent time back on earth teaching his disciples. My question is this: Did any of Jesus’ executioners/enemies see him during this time? Did any of them convert after seeing him alive?

Hello,

After the Resurrection, Jesus had a glorified body - like we will have after the resurrection of the dead. The accounts of Scripture make it plain that His body was not absolutely bound to the laws of physics like we are - i.e., walking through walls, appearing and vanishing into thin air, etc.

So it is quite probable that only His disciples saw Him, as He only would appear to His disciples.

The only account of an enemy seeing His glorified body and converting is Saint Paul - but that is after Pentecost. I am unaware with any accounts of His enemies seeing Him between Easter Sunday and Acension Thursday and that being a reason for conversion (though several of His enemies converted for other reasons).

The 2 disciples on the road failed to recognize him so wouldn’t that suggest he looked different somehow?

Sure, but they were so sure they seen Him die, they could not bring themselves to believing what they were seeing.

I don’t recall anything which said that they saw him crucified. It only says they did not recognize him until the breaking fo the bread.
