The Holy Spirit is the Author of Scriptures. Is that not good enough for you?

Why would you need JESUS to pen something for you to regard it as reliable or authoritative or normative, why would He be a more credible source than the Holy Spirit?
Do you accept the Divinity of The Holy Spirit?

I think this was intended to begin a discourse on sola scriptura. at least thats where I saw this heading. Not a very strong argument no matter its intent, but hey, its out there.

Hopefully it was an honest question, despite showing a dangerous lack of knowledge of Scripture.

No, he did not manually write scriptures, but that doesn’t mean he didn’t compose some of the scriptures eg, the Beatitudes, Lord’s Prayer etc. Writing was done by those under him.

Well the answer is NO, Even Adam and eve and than Noah and all those in Genesis did not write their books either until such a time of Moses. But we still believe them. 🙂
