it is called the Acts of the Apostles.

details about where specific apostles went to evangelize comes through Tradition. there is a book called The Twelve Apostles, which was dramatized on the History channel a while back (actually one of the few times they got something right).

I’m sure there are many such resources. The story of what they did underscores the criticality of the entry of Paul onto the scene. The Apostles lacked the education and multi-cultural skills to take Christianity to the broader world in a lasting, impactful way. Saint Peter, of course, is the exception.
