Back when EWTN had an ask the experts section there was a discussion on this topic. Fr. Most (now deceased) was the moderator. I asked if the church teaches that Our Lady was actually physically a virgin after Jesus’s birth. He emailed me and said that the church teaches that she had no pain and no lesion or injury during His birth and remained physically a virgin. I will try to find the citation.

I believe you will find Fr. is mistaken wrt “no pain”.
There is no clear teaching on this point as a variety of views are held and none is definitive.

BTW Genesis does not say that the pain of childbirth is due to the Fall.
It simply says that the pain will be magnified.
Just because Mary was sinless - that does not mean she was not expected by God to share solidarity with us sinners and experience all the usual sufferings that involves - even if she didn’t deserve to.
