Jesus literally next to us outside of Communion?

I know Jesus…Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity…is inside of us, literally, when we receive the Host. Though my question is… Is Jesus literally with each one of us, as though invisible and standing next to us, at all times? When I have gotten extremely angry, someone has gently reprimanded me and told me that Jesus is standing right there next to me, and that if I knew He was, would I still act like that?
 
Acts 17: 24 The God who made the world and all that is in it, the Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in sanctuaries made by human hands, 25 nor is he served by human hands because he needs anything. Rather it is he who gives to everyone life and breath and everything. 26 He made from one* the whole human race to dwell on the entire surface of the earth, and he fixed the ordered seasons and the boundaries of their regions, 27 so that people might seek God, even perhaps grope for him and find him, though indeed he is not far from any one of us. 28 For ‘In him we live and move and have our being,’* as even some of your poets have said, ‘For we too are his offspring.’

The belief here is in the individual. God is not with you because someone else says so. If you want, and make strides, to know Jesus, then you may be graced by ‘feeling’ Him with you. Or, His presence may not be ‘felt’ even though He is still with you. But, the latter doesn’t mean that He is with you always, because everyone seems to fall into sin that separates us from Him at times. Or, He can be neglected; like a neglected guest, He will ‘leave’. That’s my take on it.
 
God dwells within us, always, for without the spirit of God dwelling within is, we cease to exists.

When we receive Holy Communion, we are receiving the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, who is united with the Holy Spirit dwelling within us. We have the Holy Trinity united within us and it is the gift of Divine Love, which is the only Love which can transform us toward becoming as God is, and that is love
