Jesus or the Roman Catholic Church?

This statement I do not have a problem with at all. I just dont limit the churh to the CC. But, I do agree with your statement-I just believe the church as being the body of believers . Which would include anyone who has accepted Christ as their Savior.

We as believers in Christ have to behave like Christ wants us to so people can see we are different and then start asking questions. That will hopefully lead them to Christ.

Which would include respecting the historical fact that Jesus established the Church along the lines of how He Himself had run it. And that He did not abandon what He had established for 1500 years until Luther made it politically correct for individuals to be ruled by their own individual opinions rather than the accumulated inspired teachings of the Church.
