First of all, the name which is above every other name to which every knee should bow, of those that are in heaven, on earth, and under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that He is the Lord to the glory of God the Father is supposed to be capitalized- Jesus not jesus. (My spell checker even knows better!)

Now, to your question. God is everywhere because He made everything, even the laws of time and space. He is absolute Spirit. He is All-Powerful, All-Knowing, and All-Loving.

is god everywhere at once? if yes how
Hi and welcome to the forums.

I know “because he is GOD” may not be the most understandable answer, but it is. Maybe this will help:
Take a look at your fingertip. It is made of tens of thousands of cells, within each is the DNA of you, within each are molecules, atoms, etc. Now look up to the sky. It is made of billions (trillions?) of galaxies with trillions of stars and even more planets.

Now, if you can believe that God is so powerful that he could make every thing in the heavens right down to the smallest molecule in you, why is it hard to believe He can be everywhere at once?

P.S. - I think this is one of those “stumper for the ages” question that really won’t be answered fully till we see God face to face.

Keep in mind that God exists outside of time and space.

Just because we–including you–are limited to these dimensions doesn’t mean that God is.
