Do people think Jesus and his angels come to earth secretly to fight demons?(not cast them out of people) . So he can send them back to hell.

Angels don’t exist in a particular place as such. They are “in” whatever place they happen to be thinking of, and influencing, at a particular time. In this sense, yes they do “come” to earth to fight evil spirits, who themselves are not really “here” per se.

Since God is, by definition, “everywhere”, He does not have to “go” anywhere to do anything.

If Satan can “prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls” so can the angels be around combating evil. Satan is a fallen angel.
