Jesus's knowlege as both God and man. Can someone please explain?

So Christ’s knowledge when his incarnation took place he became like us and not knowing everything.

Correct?

But as God He knows all.

Is there a Catholic who could explain any teaching about this if there is any more simply?

Is there an official teaching on this by the church?

Like say when Jesus was walking on earth his humanity had no idea who I was but as God he also did know me? ?
How does that work?

I don’t believe Jesus knew everything.

In fact, he stated that only the Father knew when the end of time would come.

He learned like we do. Also, his Father revealed things to him. He would converse with his Father in prayer.

Surely, the church has more knowledge to explain this. But, you’d have to do some digging to learn more.
