Hello,

I was wondering if someone could recommend a specific publisher / text to purchase for study of the Mishna or Aramaic Targums? I am not sure which commentary or specific one to use.

Any help would be appreciated

Try Art Scroll Publishing. They are an Orthodox Jewish publishing house and print religious texts with English translation. You can find their web site online. I have a copy of their Mishnah as well as their Babylonian Talmud.
