Hello. I am Catholic but am struggling with John 18:36…
Jesus said, "My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jews. But now my kingdom is from another place
How do Catholics interpret this? I often see Apologists refer to the Kingdom as the Catholic Church…but here Jesus says “his kingdom is not of this world”… This seems to contradict the idea that the Church is the Kingdom, because it is on and part of this world…please help. Thank you!
