John 4: Spirit and Truth?

21 Jesus said to her, "Woman, believe me, the hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father. 22 You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews. 23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for such the Father seeks to worship him. 24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth."***

How do I reconcile this with going to church every Sunday?

Well, how does going to church every Sunday NOT involve worshipping God in Spirit and in truth?

Does this passage say anything about "worship in spirit and truth means you can worship anywhere and everywhere you please’?

Does it say, "worship in spirit and truth means you don’t have to have any set time or place for worship?’
 
The truth would include the celebration of the Liturgy would it not? At the Liturgy, the Spirit is invoked regularly, it is truth that Christ is there in the Real Presence, the Liturgy fulfills the OT passover, fulfills the prophecy of Malachi 1:11, fulfills the Liturgical truths in Hebrews and Revelation, etc… There’s Spirit and Truth all over the Liturgy! 🙂 It’s actually UN-truth to deny the veracity of the Liturgy.
