I agree. This is a well-educated attorney who is being trashed by the “radical” left because he does not adhere to their beliefs. They have thousands of papers he has written and still they ask for more. I do believe he will be confirmed, but not before they do as much damage to his reputation as they can.

It just gets me that the main offenders are Senators like Leahy, Biden, Kennedy who all profess to be Catholics. So much for the teachings of the church.

Let’s all pray that this man comes through the firestorm and sits on the court. We need justices who interpret the law, not make it. The senators who are the most vehement opposers want justices who will find things in the Constitution that will make the laws they are too “chicken” to try to get passed on their own.
