Are any of these guys the same person?

1. John the Baptist
2. John the Apostle
3. John who wrote the Gospel of John
4. John who wrote the Book of Revelation
5. John who was the son of Elizabeth

1. and 6. are the same person. All the rest are John the Apostle of Jesus, also called the Evangelist.

John the Baptist was the son of Elizabeth the cousin of Mary.

John the Apostle wrote the Gospel of John and the Book of Revelation. Although I am sure some bible scholars would disagree with attributing a direct authorship to him.
