Joined Scientology Staff, but now want out

For a while now, I have been studying Scientology and they convinced me to join Staff, and I did but now I don’t want to go through with it all and I’m afraid of what they might do, any advice?
 
Goodness. You are Catholic. Get out now and see a priest. You have free will. Ask God sincerely to help you.
 
I, personally, don’t entirely like some of the responses you have gotten as you are seeking help… We are all make some very poor decisions.

I suggest that you pray to the Blessed Mother for her powerful and gentle help. Appeal to Jesus’s Compassion and confess your sins.

This passage from an encyclical by Pope Leo XIII always helps me.
Thus do those whose actions have disturbed their consciences need an intercessor mighty in favour with God, merciful enough not to reject the cause of the desperate, merciful enough to lift up again towards hope in the divine mercy the afflicted and the broken down. Mary is this glorious intermediary; she is the mighty Mother of the Almighty; but-what is still sweeter - she is gentle, extreme in tenderness, of a limitless loving-kindness. As such God gave her to us. Having chosen her for the Mother of His only begotten Son, He taught her all a mother’s feeling that breathes nothing but pardon and love.

Kevin, you identify as Catholic. Are you under the spiritual care of a Priest? Please get assistance.

Legally they can do nothing. However, you should’ve known that they’re a scam and a cult. As @Irishmom2 suggested, go dark. Change everything and don’t look back.
 
I would discuss this with your priest but, I’d also watch my back. Don’t do anything to anger them other than leaving. If, at any point in time, you feel you’re being followed or harassed, go to the police immediately.

Scientology doesn’t have as much power as they think they have but they are noted for harassing those that leave the org. Especially if you are even somewhat wealthy. Don’t be afraid but do be cautious!

I decided to trust in the Lord and leave it to Him. I trust in Him. This experience has also renewed my faith. A faith I thought I’d lost. 🙏
 
Scientology is a dangerous cult, and the advice you’ve been given to leave immediately and change your phone number is a good, practical first step. If they try to come after you or continue to harass you, report it to the police at once.

Then, pray the Chaplet to Saint Michael, the Archangel, and keep praying it. If you don’t have or know the Chaplet, just pray to him for protection. These are evil folks.

They can’t legally do anything to you, and if they try, they can be arrested.
 
If they give you any problems, get a lawyer. They will respect that. Ask them if they want to be on ABC news. I would get a RING camera for my front door if they start hounding you. That will make it easier to get a desist order. Don’t be scared though trust in OUR Lady and our Lord. We all do crazy things from time to time. Part of growing up. There are worse things.
