Ditto, but only because it makes for poor homelitics unless the fit is perfect. The best humor is always natural and never a formula. Ideally, no one should know the joke is coming until near the punch line.

Or maybe it was lost (or cited in an obcure pre-Vat II footnote) and it could be found a la Aristotle’s book on Comedy in The Name Of The Rose.
