I have finished my page on the Jonah commentary. litteralchristianlibrary.wetpaint.com/page/Jonah+Commentary

It is loaded with commentary from the Early Church Fathers and Doctors of the Church. It takes every verse of Jonah and gives commetnary, and I have St. Jerome and Theodoret’s complete Jonah commentaries on it, and much of Theodore of Mopsuestia. I am translating St. Cyril of Alexandria’s commentary on Jonah and adding it on as I go. I will be adding to it as I get more Patristic commentary on Jonah, but it has tons so far. Very interesting. I am avidly reading! I know so little about the book of Jonah that every line that you write is food to me, a hungry reader Perhaps despite my ignorance I might make a suggestion on how to make the commentary better: On this site I read an excellent Jewish commentary on the book of Jonah. I might encourage you to draw the links and implications of your Jonah commentary not only from the Christian or Catholic authors but also from Jewish scholars, as they are often intelligent in the extreme and highly knowledgeable.

Thanks! And thank you for the suggestion, I may consider adding an ancient Jewish scholar by the name of Rashi, he could add a good twist to it. But It is mainly to be purely Catholic, that is why I have provided all the quotes I could get from the Early Church Fathers and Doctors of the Church. Though I do have some Josephus and Philo in it.
