Friends,

This seems like an insignificant question, but I can’t think of anywhere else to ask:

If St. Joseph is the patron saint of my country (Canada), and tomorrow is a feast of Joseph (The Worker), is this Optional Memorial ‘upgraded’ to a Feast or even Solemnity in the liturgy of the Hours?

Thank you!

St. Joseph the Worker is an Optional Memorial in Canada.

St Joseph as patron of Canada is honoured on his primary feast in March.
