Stupid is as stupid does! Feigning ignorance of the real medical resources in Texas to justify funding of PP, this action is just showing that this judge is just another stupid Bubba that does not understand the concept of statehood in a federal government.
 
More proof that moral relativism is the driving force behind many of those in positions of political authority.

Moral Relativism ultimately leads to the devaluization of human life among other things.
