We have two kinds of judgment that I can think of:
A choir director could have singer for an audition and judge whethet he/she should be a part of the choir. Your in or your out.
Then a vocal coach could judge a student in order to work well with him/her.
Jesus did un fact come to judge and tell us the truth so that we could start working on our spiritual life.
What do we make of this?

Jesus does not judge us on our talents, or lack thereof.

Didn’t Jesus in fact judge the people he met? I see it as a judgement on their morality. He did not condemn them but judge them and then acted accordingly. He judge were they were in their moral life so that he could give them the remedy.
Do you dissagree?

The judgement mankind is to be by fire. Isaiah 66:15-16
For see how YHWH comes in fire,
His chariots like the tempest,
to assuage His anger with burning,
His threats with the brilliant fire.
For by fire will YHWH execute judgement,
and by His sword against all mankind.
The victims of YHWH will be many.

Jesus indicated that He would bring this fire of judgement to the earth. Luke 12:49:
I have come to bring fire to the earth, and how I wish it were blazing already!

In my opinion this fire of judgement is the fire of a global nuclear war.
See Jeremiah 25:32-33

I would say that yes, there are two kinds of Judgement, temporal and spiritual Jesus came to save us all, but still, he will judge us in the end. That of which yu speak, judging your ability to perform in the choir, or sentence a criminal to jail, or the judgement we all are guilty of every day, “I don’t like that person” are all temporal, earthly judgements. Even the judgement of Pilot to acquiesce to the will of the people and crucify Jesus was a temporal judgement.

Yes, Jesus judged the people he met and those he cured. He forgave them and judged them to be worthy. But his final judgement comes at His return and that judgement will be purely spiritual.
