Found this over on another BBs. From the Catholic News Agency:
**Judges rule civil suits against Planned Parenthood can proceed

Los Angeles, Aug. 04, 2005 (CNA**) - Two separate Los Angeles Superior Court judges have ruled that the Pro-Family Law Center of Southern California may proceed with lawsuits against Planned Parenthood of Los Angeles. The non-profit organization announced the rulings Tuesday.

Full Story Looks like the greed of the Culture of Perversion is catching up with them.

It sure looks like that former manager has the goods on them. Of course, you never know what a jury will do. Worse than that, you never know what a judge will do.

Let us hope and pray that God and the Law hand PP its worse defeat ever, and let us pray that the Judge and the Jury judge justly and according to the law, and do not show favoritism for PP.

Interesting about the reference to taxpayer money supporting them.

I didn’t realize we were at that point, but nor am I surprised.

If they are guilty of these crimes, then they need to be spanked, but I’m afraid the reason we wish we could spank them will not likely get through to them based on these lawsuits.

Get rid of them, and others will pop up in their place. We need to work harder on the root cause of abortion, which is promiscuousness, and start with our own young members. If we can lower the Catholic abortion rate (if those numbers are even able to be collected) by doing so, then maybe others will follow and see we’ve done something effective.

I know of girls in my kids’ Catholic high school who have had abortions. It’s hard to convince the secular world and the government of something your own members do not demonstrate.
