I love cinnamon. I have type 2 diabetes. My favorite breakfast is oatmeal with artificial sweetener and cinnamon.(Actually I eat this every day, yum) This tasty combination regulates my blood sugar perfectly. 🙂

Oatmeal is full of soluble fiber and is slowly absorbed by the body and causes the blood sugar to rise over time. And together with cinnamon that also have a positive effect on the blood sugar it’s a perfect breakfast for a person living with diabetes.:clapping:
