I’m sure many of you know who Janet Folger is–national pro-life activist, author, and speaker. She has been on Hardball before to debate the presidents of Planned Parenthood and NARAL. She came to speak at my college today and, well, it was one of the best talks I’ve ever heard. I would highly recommend everyone to go see her talk if you ever get the chance. I go to Portland State, and she’s going to be speaking at the University of Portland tonight, so some friends and I are going to go see her again.
One of the best points she made: All of you know how Planned Parenthood always says that they “care about women”. If you’re looking through the yellow pages for pregnancy resources and you see something about Visa or Mastercard, that’s Planned Parenthood; that’s abortion. “Our resources are free,” she said. “So who cares more about women?”
